Since 2003 Mrs Brueggemann has settled in Berlin. For several years, she served as a Member of the Boards of the German Committee for the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and of the Foundation for World Population (DSW). From 1995 to 2002 Mrs Brueggemann was Director-General of the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF), London. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1995, she was Chairman of the Development Policy Forum of the German Foundation for International Development in Berlin. Mrs Brueggemann can look back on a long professional career at the World Health Organization (WHO), Geneva. She entered WHO in 1966. In 1985 she became Director of External Coordination for Health and Social Development. Dr. Ahmes was born in Alexandra, Egypt.  He attended the English Mission College in Cairo, where he studied under British teachers.  He obtained his general certificate of education from Oxford and then went on to study medicine at Cairo University.  Upon graduation he specialized in Clinicial Pathology and obtained both his Master and Doctors degrees in Infertility.  Following he continued his research along side Swedish professors.  Dr. Gabriel joined the Air Forces Medical Corp in Egypt as a Lieutenant, where he practiced until he retired as a General.  Dr. Gabriel is still currently practicing in his private medical labratory that he started in Heliopolis, Egypt in 1974.  Ahems joined the Rotary Club of Heliopolis, Cairo Egypt in 1989 in District 2450 where he served on most committees at the time and eventually served as Club President as well. Since 1978 Robert Zinser is member of RC Ludwigshafen-Rheinschanze, implemented several projects in Nigeria, Pakistan and Uruguay and served as chairman of international and of world community service in D1860. In 1994/1995 he served as District-Governor. At the RI Assembly in 1994 he met DGE Dolapo Lufadeju, Nigeria, implemented with him from 1995-2000 the Pilot-Project "Child Spacing and Family Health" in Kaduna State, Nigeria, and cofounded 1996 with him and PDG Buck Lindsay the Rotarian Action Group for Population & Development. Together with Past District Governor Lufadeju PDG Zinser initiated the scaling up of the pilot project with a 3-H grant from 2000-2005 in six states of Northern Nigeria. He started and coordinated the large-scale project Improvement of Maternal Health  Prevention and Treatment of Obstetric Fistula in Kaduna and Kano State 2005-2010, is advisor of its 1st scaling up project and coordinator of its 2nd scaling up project in Enugu state, Nigeria. Barbara Maves holds a Masters of Arts in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from Ball State. She served as President and CEO of Planned Parenthood of East Central Indiana for twenty five years. Today, Barbara devotes the majority of her time to volunteering with Rotary International. Barbara has served as the past president of the Rotary Club of Munice Sunrise, Indiana. During her tenure she was inducted into the Arch C. Klumph Society. This prestigous society recognizes individuals who donate $250,000.00 or more to the Rotary Foundation. Maves says she gives to the Foundation to support education for impoverished women and children, for which she holds a passion.  Educating women and giving them the tools toward self-support is a crucial way to end world poverty, she says. Michael Morath is a Biologist (Behavior research and Bio-Cybernetics), who became a Rotarian in 1992 at the Rotary Club Itzehoe in northern Germany and then in 1998 at the Rotary Club Mainz.  Michael served as Club President 2005/2006, followed by District-Secretary, Assistant-Governor, and in 2010/2011 Governor D-1860.  He joined RFPD in 2006 and serves as Vice Chairman of the RFPD Board-German Section. Since 2009 he has served as a member of the Intercountry Committee Germany - East African States, working together with NGO's to help the Somali Refugees.  As RFPD's  European  Coordinator he helps to communicate with RFPD sections of European countries, especially Austria and Switzerland.

Sandeep’s been associated with Rotary since school days. He was President of his school Interact Club; later he was a member of Rotaract Club of Delhi West. Sandeep joined Rotary Club of Dhanbad in 1986 and after serving in various posts was President in 1994-95. Judith Prather served as Governor of Rotary District 5320 in the Rotary year 1999-2000. She has been active with RFPD since its founding. In 1992 she and her youngest daughter attended the United Nations Conference on the Environment in Rio de Janeiro, where, as a relatively new Rotarian, she was extremely impressed by the Rotary presence at the conference and the organization’s concern for the environment. Judy was chosen as a leader of the North American NGO delegation to the conference while her daughter was selected as one of the youth leaders. Subsequently, both Judy and her daughter attended the ten-year follow-up conference in South Africa and Judy and her husband participated in the Rio +20 conference in 2012. Judy has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology and specializes in immigration evaluations both for Court and Embassy hearings, including spousal petitions, cancellations of removal and criminal matters.
